Great place to stay. Up to date internally. Only a couple of minutes away from the beach. The site is family friendly and an added bonus of free access to the pool. Definitely will be staying there again.

We have just returned from a week at Tracey's chalet at California sands. It is well equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay, went swimming every day which the grandchildren loved and popped into the clubhouse a few times. The chalet is situated close to all attractions and amenities. We love the beaches at Sea Palling(20mins) and Horsey gap to see the seals. Plus Hemsby has a lot to offer for the kids or Great Yarmouth is only a 20min drive with funfairs, beaches etc. We would highly recommend Tracey's chalet and she is always contactable if needed.

This chalet is a little gem. Perfect for our long weekend away. I would definitely recommend it and would definitely stay again. Well presented and well equipped, clean and tidy. Beds are super comfy too which is a bonus.

A HOME FROM HOME What can I say, everything was amazing, perfect spot on the site so close to the beach and amenities on site, stunning Chalet so clean and beautifully decorated the sweetest little welcome pack to the games for the kids we loved it and Tracey was an amazing host great communication throughout definitely booking again we’ve found our spot just so grateful we found Seabreeze as it brought found memories of when I was a child and used to come to California Sands now I’ve got to bring my two children and create memories with them. Beautiful and modern chalet with everything you need for your self catering holiday. A real home from home. Excellent location, a few minutes walk from local tearooms, bakery, quiet beach and cafe. Onsite amenities brilliant, all you can ask for is there. Great shop selling all you need, excellent chippy, swimming pool and good evening entertainment for adults and children.

Chalet number 5 was great. Very comfortable with all needs met! Location wise it was perfect and we had a great week exploring a part of the world we did not know. Tracey was very efficient and pleasant!

A lovely chalet with everything you could need and at a really reasonable price too. The site it is on is perfect to go visiting places nearby as everything is so close. The facilities on the site are more than suitable for all you could need should you not want to venture to a supermarket. We had a lovely time here and would definitely go back. What a beautiful and peaceful place to visit… are home for the week was to a high stranded local area had lots to do staff very friendly… highly recommended Tracey always on hand when I have e mailed with any questions will hopefully be re booking again very very soon

We had an absolutely lovely stay at chalet no 5! Beautiful chalet, perfect location with the bus stop into Great Yarmouth bang outside entrance to site and a stones throw from chalet! Close to all site amenities such as pool clubhouse etc!! Would definitely stay again 🙂

Had an amazing stay, very comfortable, well equipment and clean chalet. There was lots to do within a short walks distance. Highly recommend for families as well as couples.

I stayed at the chalet with my two sons in August 2024. The chalet is beautifully done out and immaculately cleaned on our arrival. The small details have really been thought of. The location of the chalet is great with a lovely seating and grass area outside. The swimming pool is great and we really enjoyed the beautiful, quiet beach which is in easy walking distance. The site itself has a well stocked shop and the Codfather serves lovely food. Really enjoyed our time here. Thank you!

The chalet was very well furnished and equipped. It is in a pleasant area of the site. The area is well serviced with a variety of cafes, entertainment etc. the beach is beautiful 🤩

Well from the start, booking was easy and Tracey was great with all her help with any questions about the chalet.
When we arrive the key box was easy to open and when we opened the door I was very shocked it was better then I expected and better than some hotels I have stay in aborad, everything is catered for nothing was missing in the kitchen everything is there, same in the rooms plenty of space and the shower and bathroom was great.

A lovely, well equipped and spotless chalet which was a real home from home. One of the best holiday properties I have stayed in. Great location for exploring the coast and surrounding area. A little gem which is highly recommended.
